Who qualifies?
This program is for unlicensed associates only. Associates already licensed with Experior before August 24, 2026 are not eligible for any part of the program, including the $50 licensing bonus.
How the bonus works
Each tier builds on the previous milestone. Written business must fall within the qualifying window; policy bonuses are paid when the policy settles.
First policy within 30 days
Second policy within 60 days
Important: the 30- and 60-day windows start when your Experior back office shows you as licensed—not when you pass the exam and not necessarily when your licence is issued.
Licensing deadlines
Your deadline to appear licensed in Experior depends on when you joined.
Deadline: October 31, 2026
The standard 120-day window does not apply to this group.
120 days from Aug. 24
The licensing clock is anchored to August 24, 2026.
120 days from join date
Your licensing clock starts from your own Experior join date.

Key rules
- All dollar amounts are in CAD.
- Written qualifies; settled pays. A policy written inside the required window must still settle before the associated bonus is paid.
- If the first policy is not written within 30 days of appearing licensed, the associate earns the $50 licensing bonus only; later policies do not revive the $75 or $150 tiers.
- The $150 tier requires both qualifying policies: the first within 30 days and the second within 60 days.
- $275 is the maximum bonus per associate, regardless of additional business written beyond the second policy.
- Once back-office licensed status appears, the 30- and 60-day policy windows can continue beyond December 31, 2026.
